1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the btbaji platform and all its services. By accessing the btbaji website, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

Important Notice: These Terms form a legally binding agreement. You are strongly advised to read the complete terms and conditions carefully before using btbaji's services.

1.1 Definition of Services

btbaji's "Services" refers to this website, mobile platform, applications, sports betting, casino games, fishing games, Callbreak, and any other entertainment services provided by btbaji.

1.2 Enforceability of Terms

These terms and conditions form the complete legal basis for the relationship between btbaji and the user. In the event of any dispute, these Terms will be considered the final reference document. btbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

btbaji's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account or use services on this platform. btbaji may request identification documents from a user at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false or misleading information is provided, the account will be cancelled. If any information changes, btbaji must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

btbaji may request the following documents from a user at any time for identity verification:

Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
Proof of active mobile number
Proof of ownership of payment method
Proof of address (where applicable)

btbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend deposits, withdrawals, or other services until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your btbaji account is entirely your own responsibility. Do not share your account login details — username, password, and security code — with anyone.

3.1 Password Protection

Use a strong and unique password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Change your password at regular intervals.
Avoid using the same password on any other website or service.
Always log out after using your account, especially on public devices.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify btbaji's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. While btbaji maintains the highest security measures, the user is solely responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account login details.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500.
Deposits must be made only from the registered user's own account.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Once a deposit is successfully completed, the balance will be updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete.
Withdrawals will be made only to the registered user's own payment account.

4.3 Currency Policy

All transactions on the btbaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

btbaji provides attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These offers are provided under specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets.

Special Note: Winnings earned using bonus funds will only be withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are fulfilled may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
If abnormal betting patterns using a bonus are detected — such as hedging or arbitrage — the bonus will be cancelled.
btbaji reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw any bonus at any time.
btbaji has the right to verify eligibility for receiving a bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

btbaji's VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback and various benefits:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on betting activity and platform usage. VIP cashback may have its own wagering requirements.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing all games on btbaji. These rules are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all users.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All bets cannot be cancelled once finalized.
If any game is incomplete due to a technical error, btbaji reserves the right to determine the outcome of that round.
btbaji's server logs will be considered the final proof in determining game results.
btbaji will not be held responsible for any bet lost due to internet disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets placed before a match or event begins are generally valid. If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
In live betting (in-play), only accepted bets are final; if odds change, new odds may apply.
btbaji reserves the right to hold and investigate any bet suspected of involvement in match fixing or any corrupt activity.

6.3 Casino and Slots

All casino games are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
Intentionally exploiting any software bug or loophole during gameplay is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btbaji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being immediately closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
Placing strategic bets with the intention of abusing the bonus system.
Hacking game software, reverse engineering, or using any automated tools.
Taking unfair advantage of any error in a gaming system or odds.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Harassing other users or btbaji staff.
Attempting to introduce malware or harmful code into the platform.
Selling or transferring account credentials to a third party.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

btbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
Review required under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Age not verified.
Direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
